EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY & POSTING DATES

Over the Christmas period our usual returns policy will be extended. Orders placed between the 16th NOVEMBER 2025 and the 21st DECEMBER 2025 which fall outside our usual 14 day policy can be returned for an exchange or store credit only, up to the 7th January 2026. Store credits will be issued as E-Gift Cards via email to the value of the jewellery only, postage will not be credited.

All returns must be posted back and received by us on or before 7th January 2025.

Please contact us at info@asaboveuk.com to request a return form. Jewellery must be returned unworn and free from surface scratches, all rings must have their tags still attached.

Returns which are received after 7th January 2024 will not be eligible for a store credit or exchange.

* please note - in the interests of hygiene earrings cannot be returned

CHRISTMAS POSTING DATES

Please ensure you place your order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment. We wont be held responsible for delayed items during the busy Christmas period.

In order to receive your parcel in time for Christmas our last recommended posting date is FRIDAY 19th DECEMBER (order by 12pm) All orders placed before 12pm on this date will be posted using a TRACKED 24 service (unless Special Delivery has been chosen)

Whilst Royal Mail aim to deliver these parcels within a 24 hour time frame - this is not a guarantee and we cannot be held responsible late delivery.

Our last UK despatch date before Christmas is MONDAY 22nd DECEMBER - all orders placed before 10am will be despatched on this date.

Our next shipping day after Christmas will be DECEMBER 29th

When selecting 'Special Delivery' please be aware our shipping days are MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY. Please place your order before 12pm on these days for same day despatch.
