CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, please contact us as info@asaboveuk.com within 14 days of receiving your jewellery. Please note - we do not accept returns on pierced jewellery. All returned jewellery must be unworn, with tags attached where applicable, and scratch free.
We can exchange rings sizes - but not product, or stone changes.
HOW DO I RETURN MY JEWELLERY FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
Contact us at info@asaboveuk.com along with your order number, and the name the order was placed under. We will email over a returns form, please print, or handwrite all the details onto paper and enclose with your return.
HOW DO I GET MY RING SIZE EXCHANGED?
Once we have processed your exchange, we will resend the new required size free of charge. We will provide a new tracking number to you via email. Please note - we do not offer free exchanges on sale items.
HOW LONG WILL A REFUND OR EXCHANGE TAKE?
Please allow us up to 5 working days to process and exchange or refund on your order.
DO I PAY TO RETURN MY ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
Yes, it is the buyers responsibility to cover the costs of return postage.
