UK ORDERS

 

UK orders are despatched using either

 

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - £3.50

(estimated delivery 2-3 working days)

 

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £4.25

(estimated delivery 1-2 working days)

 

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY  - £6.50

(next day before 1pm)

For special delivery, please be aware that our posting days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday - cut off for special delivery is 2pm

 

DHL EXPRESS - please provide a contact number when selecting this shipping option. 

 

 

FREE UK DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £100

Once your order has been despatched, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. Sometimes these emails may land in your spam/promotions inbox.

  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED  - orders are despatched Royal Mail First Class Tracked and Signed ~ £12.00

For international orders, parcels will not be considered as missing until 60 days from the date of postage have passed.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or extra charges that my apply due to customs or import duties.

~ Customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES or DELIVERY LOCKERS as our parcels require a signature

SHIPPING TO EU COUNTRIES

As of July 1st there are changes to the way VAT is collected in your country. Our parcels will be sent 'Delivery Duties Unpaid' (DDU) - this means that VAT (Value Added Tax) and customs duties, if payable will be charged in your receiving country along with a handling fee prior to delivery. The amount you will pay depends on your country and the value of your parcel. For more information on these charges please contact your local tax office, as we cannot advise on the amount you will be charged.

For parcels which a returned to us for unpaid duties - these orders will only be refunded once the parcel has arrived back with us. You will be refunded less the postage fees.

 

* All our standard parcels are sent using a tracked service - once handed to your local postal service tracking may only be available once a delivery attempt has been made. Please note - most of our parcels require a signature on delivery, some couriers/postal services may not leave a card to notify of a delivery attempt - please use your tracking number to check on the whereabouts of your package. 

 

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

Please use your tracking number to check the whereabouts of your parcel. Items which are returned to us due to being uncollected will not be replaced or refunded until the parcel has reached us. A reshipping fee of £10 will apply - an invoice for this payment will be send by email.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

UK ORDERS once despatched your jewellery should reach you within 2 -3 WORKING DAYS, if your parcel hasn’t arrived please use your tracking number to check it’s whereabouts. It may be with your local post office awaiting collecting. 

 

EU ORDERS  

Once despatched your jewellery should reach you in 5~7 WORKING DAYS, if your parcel has not arrived in this time please use your tracking number. Parcels are often held at your local post depot as they have attempted delivery and require a signature. You can rearrange a delivery or collect from your local depot.

  

USA and COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU

Once despatched your jewellery should reach you in 7~10 WORKING DAYS, if your parcel has not arrived in this time please use your tracking number to check it’s whereabouts. Delivery may have been attempted but as a signature is required it may have been returned to your local depot ~ redelivery or collection can be arranged.

  

- Your local depot will only hold your parcel for approx two weeks before it will be returned to us, please arrange redelivery or collection before this period expires 

- Packages which have failed to be collected will be reshipped once a reshipping fee has been paid or refunded minus the original postage fee

 

- Please ensure your address is correct. If we have to reship your parcel due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will recharge a shipping fee. 

 

- Parcels declared as not arrived, with tracking showing as delivered - will not be refunded or replaced if the Royal Mail GPS scan shows the parcel delivered to the correct location.  

- International Parcels marked as delivered - will not be replaced or refunded until a Royal Mail claim has been resolved
