HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DESPATCH MY ORDER?
We post our orders on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched on these days.
HOW LONG DOES UK SHIPPING TAKE?
We use a Tracked & Signed Royal Mail service, your jewellery should be with you within 1-2 days of dispatch. Select ‘Special Delivery’ for guaranteed Next Day delivery.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking details will automatically be sent to your email. Royal Mail will then send you regular updates as it moves through the mail system.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to amend your delivery address. Once your parcel has been fulfilled we are unable to amend and address details.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We currently ship to UK, US, Canadian and Australian addresses. EU shipping is currently suspended.
