WHAT'S SO GOOD ABOUT STERLING SILVER?
Sterling Silver is perfect for those of you with sensitive skin as its Hypoallergenic. You will see a mark of 925 on your jewellery - this means the piece is made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper - copper needs to be added to the silver to make it more durable. Sterling silver may tarnish over time - this can easily be removed by using a silver polishing cloth.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Order through our website ~ add the jewellery you want to your basket and follow the checkout instructions!
WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept PayPal and all Credit & Debit Cards. We also offer ClearPay - Payments are taken in GBP and will show as your countries currency on your PayPal or Bank Account.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DESPATCH MY ORDER?
Orders can take up to 3 working days to despatch, as we are a small business - if you need something in a hurry please email us and we will do our best to help! We post on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
HOW DO YOU POST YOUR ORDERS?
All our UK orders are despatched using a Royal Mail TRACKED 48 service. INTERNATIONAL parcels are despatched using a Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Service - these parcels require a signature on delivery.
WHERE’S MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number along with your order number and the jewellery you have chosen.
WHERE’S MY ORDER?
UK ORDERS ~ Once despatched your jewellery should be with you in 2 - 3 WORKING DAYS. If it has taken longer please check the tracking. Your parcel may have been taken back to your local post office as a signature is required or left with a neighbour ~ you will be able to arrange redelivery or collect from there.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Once despatched EU orders should take around 5~7 WORKING DAYS to reach you and for countries outside the EU around 7~10 WORKING DAYS. If you order is taking longer please check your tracking ~ it may be with your local post office awaiting collection.
~ Customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
~ Sometimes packages can get held up in customs or be delayed due to adverse weather conditions or postal strikes ~ this is completely out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for these delays.
~ Please ensure your address is correct - parcels returned with incomplete/incorrect address will be refunded, less the postage charge.

CAN I RETURN MY JEWELLERY?
No problem! Please contact us with 14 days of receiving your item and we'll email you a return form. Items must be unworn. See our Returns and Exchanges page for more information
