RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your new jewellery but understand you may need to return items for a refund or exchange. You have up to 14 DAYS after delivery to inform us if you require a cancellation or exchange and a further 14 DAYS thereafter to return the jewellery to us.

Please contact us at asaboveuk@gmail.com to inform us of your return and we will email you a returns form to complete. Please print, complete and enclose this form with your order.

 

EXCHANGES - we do not currently offer free exchanges. An invoice for reshipping will be issued via email once your exchange is ready to despatch. UK reshipping is £2.50.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS FOR THE RESHIPPING INVOICE - THESE MAY SOMETIMES END UP IN YOUR SPAM/PROMOTIONS FOLDER

 

Items which are returned and fall outside the 28 days return policy will be returned to the buyer and a reshipping invoice of £2.50 issued.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Jewellery must be returned in UNWORN condition, without signs of wear or surface scratches and with all supplied gift boxes.

Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

* please note - earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged 

 

RETURNING RINGS

Our rings are sent with small jewellery tags - please do not remove these if you intend to return for an exchange of refund. Exchanges and returns will be void on removal. The tags are incredibly thin and will not affect the sizing in any way. These tags can be carefully torn away once you are satisfied with the sizing.

Sending items without the relevant information will delay the returns process.

Please use a tracked service when returning, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please ensure your returns are well packaged, items received damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

We do not currently offer exchanges for international customers. Once your return has been received a refund will be issued and a new order can be placed.

When filling out a customs declaration, please mark as 'RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE' if a customs fee is charged, this will be deducted from your refund.

 

If your order value no longer qualifies for free delivery once a refund has been issued, a postage fee will be charged.

PROMOTIONS / FREE GIFTS - if your order has previously qualified for free items(s) during a promotion, these will need to be included in your return if your order value falls below the qualifying value.

 

 FAULTY ITEMS

 

If an item is received damaged - please contact us immediately at asaboveuk@gmail.com along with photos of the item.

Manufacturing faults must be reported within six months of purchase. Items showing defect due to accidental damage, neglect, or general wear and tear will not be deemed as faulty. Items which have tarnished due to heat damage or exposure to perfumes and lotions will not be deemed as faulty.

The buyer will be responsible for ensuring the faulty goods are returned. All items deemed as faulty will have the postage refunded within 14 days.
