INTERNATIONAL orders are despatched Royal Mail First Class Tracked ~ £8.75

SHIPPING TIMES

UK ORDERS ~ once despatched your jewellery should reach you with 1~2 WORKING DAYS, if your parcel hasn’t arrived please use your tracking number to check it’s whereabouts. It may be with your local post office awaiting collecting ~ as our packages require a signature on delivery 

EU ORDERS ~ once despatched your jewellery should reach you in 5~7 WORKING DAYS, if your parcel has not arrived in this time please use your tracking number. Parcels are often held at your local post depot as they have attempted delivery and require a signature. You can rearrange a deliver or collect from your local depot.

USA and COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU ~ once despatched your jewellery should reach you in 7~10 WORKING DAYS, if your parcel has not arrived in this time please use your tracking number to check it’s whereabouts. Delivery may have been attempted but as a signature is required it may have been returned to your local depot ~ redelivery or collection can be arranged.

~ Your local depot will only hold your parcel for approx two weeks before it will be returned to us, please arrange redelivery or collection before this period expires 

~ Packages which have failed to be collected will be refunded minus the original postage fee

~ Please ensure your address is correct. If we have to reship your parcel due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will recharge a shipping fee..
