CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES & RETURNS POLICY
WE HAVE NOW CLOSED FOR CHRISTMAS
ALL ORDERS WILL NOW BE DESPATCHED ON DECEMBER 29th
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
Over the Christmas period our usual returns policy will be extended. Orders placed between 31st October 2021 and 22nd December 2021 can be exchanged/refunded up to the 14th January 2022
All refunds or exchanges must be posted back and received by us on or before this date.
Please contact us at email@example.com to request a return form - once the return form has been emailed we request that the jewellery is returned to us within 14 days - all jewellery must be returned unworn and free from surface scratches, all rings must have their tags still attached.
Please refer to our store returns/exchange policy for our return address and more information on retuning your jewellery.
Returns which are received after 14th January 2022 will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
* please note - in the interests of hygiene earring cannot be returned
UK CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Our last UK despatch date is WEDNESDAY 22nd DECEMBER - all orders placed before 1pm will be despatched on this date.
All orders despatched on this date will be sent using a Royal Mail TRACKED 24 service (unless Special Delivery has been selected).
When selecting 'Special Delivery' please be aware our shipping days are MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY. Please place your order before 2pm on these days for same day despatch.
Whilst Royal Mail aim to deliver these parcels within a 24 hour time frame - this is not a guarantee and we cannot be held responsible late delivery.
WE RECOMMEND PLACING YOUR ORDER EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays due to COVID-19, adverse weather conditions or delays due to Customs.
